We are inquiring about use of the school hall for the official launch of songs encouraging reading and use of school libraries, so wanted to find out if you hire out the hall, and what the charges are.

Maybe the charges may vary depending on the type of the function, number of hours you need to book the hall, number of people invited, intended date of the function, etc.
