Question for Population Services Zimbabwe

My wife had a Jadelle inserted on her at your Blue Star Clinic in Mbare so we need it removed, are we charged for it or it's free.Will you give me the charges if any.She is encountering some heavy bleeding so doctors advised it should be removed.
