Review Poor work ethics

I am greatly disappointed with your workmanship,you were engaged by one of my neighbours to put Internet at their house. Trenches were put in place and they were passing through my driveway. Your field manager promised to reinstate my drive way as before but its over a month and non of that has happened. I have been contact with some of your guys but to no avail,they promise empty promises. Am really disheartened that such a reputable company can have such poor work ethics.
