An experienced candidate with in-depth knowledge of debtors management is sought to join a reputable organisation as a Creditor's Controller. The incumbent will hold an Accounting degree and have a minimum of 2 years of FMCG experience in a similar role. Immediately available candidates are invited to apply. Working knowledge of Excel is a pre-requisite.

Knowledge Of	Monthly Stock Taking and Posting Stock Sheets Figures
Skills To	File and Maiantain All Creditors Documents
Ability To	Compile Data For Vetting of Creditors Applications

Requirements

Ensures That Purchases Invoices Are Properly Authorised
Posts and Allocates Paid Invoices on a Daily Basis
Reconciles Individual Creditors Accounts To Suppliers Statements
Produce Remittance Advices For Invoices Due For Payment Weekly
Completing Serialized Payment Vouchers According to Remittance Advises and Posting these to Affected Creditors and Sundry Accounts
Reconciles Creditors Control Accounts Montly
Monthly Reconciliations of Sundry Creditors and All Other GL Creditors Accounts
Reconciles Purchases Accrual Accounts
Monthly Creditors Report
Compute monthly VAT Claimable/ Payable and Rendering of All Statutory Returns
