Directs, supervises, and organizes the shared services team's efforts to improve efficiency and profitability, optimizing shareholder returns, and promoting a culture of excellence and creativity. Requirements
  • Leads the interpretation and implementation of the Business’s long and short-term plans in accordance with the Group strategy for the Shared Services Unit.
  • Directs and oversees the implementation of annual business plans for the Business with the objective of increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Reviews and presents budgets to the Board for approval
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations and corporate governance, management policies, internal controls and business processes.
  • Ensures that there are business synergies and collaborations across departments to create and identify Patient and Business insights for quality service delivery.
  • Identifies innovative products and services for development to grow the Group portfolio in conjunction with the Clinical Lead Radiologist.
  • Raises brand awareness to ensure customer retention and market share growth.
  • Consolidates and reviews Group SOPs, policies and protocols to ensure compliance and optimal Stakeholder relations.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of Risk Management strategies in line with regulatory compliance.
