Senior Finance role available in a dynamic fast-paced, well established business. The role will oversee Zimbabwe finance operations and will be responsible for strategy and planning as well as general oversight

Requirements

Manage the financial resources of the company and conduct resource planning for future needs.
Strategic planning for the organization.
Monitor the preparation of the financial budget and present the report to the other board directors of the organization.
Supervise business performance and take steps to improve the performance of the organization.
Coordinate with the senior and junior management of all other departments directly or indirectly associated with the finance department.
Design the company's financial policies, rules and regulations, and make sure that every department adheres to them.
Prepare and supervise the financial reports in discussion with all the other departments in the company, and then present it before the board of directors.
