A manufacturing and production entity seek a Site Manager for its Rearing department. You will need to be able to work both independently and as a team in this role. Key deliverables include achieving set targets as per SOP's and client specifications for parent rearing sites, managing the parent rearing team and adhering to quality assurance SOP's.

Qualifications	BSc Animal Science
Software	Trade related
Knowledge Of	Dynamics involved in growing chickens
Skills To	Communicate effectively / Coordinate / Interpret Data
Ability To	Maintain sound relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as being able to implement effective management systems.
Other Requirements	Demonstrable managerial experience

Requirements

Responsible for achieving set targets as per SOPs and clients’ specifications for designated parent rearing sites
Responsible for managing the Parent Rearing team on designated parent rearing sites
Responsible for meeting Parent Rearing targets as per SOPs & clients’ specifications for designated sites
Ensures that biosecurity, QA SOPs & animal welfare standards are adhered to at all time by Parent Rearing team for designated sites
Responsible for all Parent Rearing assets, equipment & stocks in designated sites
Adheres to Quality Assurance SOPs at all time
