A reputable agri-business is looking for a Farm Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for management of approximately 2000 cattle, people management, maintenance of houses, water and sewer reticulation systems and oversight of recreational and welfare facilities. You must have a proven track record of managing a farm with livestock, be mature and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Assisting with All Farm Operations
  • Maintenance of houses, water and sewer reticulation systems
  • Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring of labour activities and productivity
  • Assist with all Matters Pertaining to the Efficient Running of the Estate
  • Management of 2000 cattle
  • Draft and maintain records and forecasts
  • Engaging in farm HR-related work
  • Other duties as required
