A suitably qualified and experienced candidate is required for this agricultural and retail leader. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the Transport, Logistics, and Workshops departments and ensures the respective departments’ KPIs are reached, aligned with the Company’s goals, and within budget

Experience	10 Years
Education Level	Degree
Qualifications	Relevant Qualification in Transport and Logistics and Fleet Maintenance
Software	MS Office
Knowledge Of	Complex Supply Chain Solutions Including International Transportation
Skills To	Strong negotiating skills and strategic supplier management skills.
Ability To	Manage multiple tasks and competing timelines while tactfully interfacing with customers and line managers / Respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
Other Requirements	A tertiary qualification with a major in Engineering, Operations or related field would be a distinct advantage

Requirements

Develops the operational plan for the transport and logistics department
Responsible for overseeing the management of the Workshops Department (including fabrication)
Responsible for achieving financial KPIs as set out in the allocated Department's budget & for managing expenditure & costs
Responsible for leading, managing & developing a high-performing team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values & Behaviors
Ensures compliance with company QA, SHE, GHPs (Good Hygiene Practice), and all other company SOPs & deadlines
Responsible for the allocated department's corporate risk controls & for ensuring compliance with legal & company requirements
Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, security, and general appearance of all allocated departments’ infrastructure, assets, equipment & stocks
