A well reputed retail company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. A secretarial or bookkeeping qualification is needed. You will need to have prior experience with Pastel and Excel.

Requirements

Obtain a good knowledge of products and stay up-to date with new products and features.
Processing and following up on quotations via email, WhatsApp or phone. Overseeing data accuracy in quotations/orders/invoices – ensuring discounts/vat etc are correct.
Working with Stock Holding Customers - Key Accounts and Consignment Stock Customers. Managing their stock holding quantities to ensure no stock outs or excessive stock.
Maintain and update customer records in Pastel. (including contact details)
Liasing with customers to answer queries and handle any complaints that might arise . Give management feedback from customers on areas for improvement.
Overseeing data accuracy in customer quotations/orders/invoices.
Managing the Showroom/Sales Area
Analyse sales and assist sales team with looking for new business, regain lost business and improve current business.
Be fully involved with Shows, Training Days and Marketing Days.
Any other sales administration as and when required.
