i am so disappointed with DHL. i would not recommend this company to anyone thinking of sending their goods to anyone! they have been keepin my parcel for two weeks now when everything has been paid for & they are just giving excuse after excuse

Totally agree. Very disappointing. I was told to drive all the way to the airport to pay customs clearance! It defeats all the purpose of DHL fast home delivery!
